We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items (excluding engagement rings & custom orders) for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days of you receiving the item, accompanied by a sales receipt. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (exception: Crypto). All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in sale-able condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags. Please note: used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may apply.
Non Returnable Items: Custom orders & Engagement Rings. Because we make the ring to fit the finger of the wearer and help you pick out your special diamond, engagement rings are considered "Custom" jewelry. We piece together the ring for you and thus cannot resell it to someone else.
*Crypto currency purchases will be refunded by check only, due to prevent scamming.
Enclose the packing slip with your item(s). Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.
Credit Card Use

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
Custom Ordered Designs
Our goal is to provide you with the item of your dreams and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness. We will work with you to ensure your one of a kind piece is exactly to your liking. If you are still unsatisfied with it, all of our custom manufactured design pieces are refundable with store credit only, as each piece is individually created and sized specifically for you. (The Crypto Bitcoin/Dogecoin King Ring are considered custom). Please note that any existing store credit can be applied to another custom job.
Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Illinois state regulations.
Order Status & History
We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the email address you provided when ordering.
Registered customers, sign in to access web order status and history.
Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via email. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.
You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. For custom designed pieces any order that is canceled before being shipped can be refunded for store credit only.

Upgrading your engagement ring.
Any loose diamond or engagement ring purchased from Little Kings Jewelry can be exchanged at 100% credit for any replacement diamond of at least 2X or greater value. The diamond that is being upgraded must be in original condition and accompanied by the original laboratory grading document. The upgraded diamond cannot be returned. All upgrades are final. Any costs that might occur as a result of upgrading a diamond on the ring you will be required to pay. Such as: A new setting to fit the new diamond.
